Nicolas Chauvin graduated from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Robotic Engineering. After obtaining his M.Sc. (with honors) from EPFL, he became visitor scientist at NASA Ames Research Center on the Mars Pathfinder mission, then in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. In parallel, Nicolas studied at the Business Faculty of Lausanne University where he obtain his postgraduate Certificate in Business Management.
In 2000, Mr. Chauvin founded two different high-tech startup companies, one developing computer assisted surgery equipment, the other one developing multiuser online 3D games. From 2005 to 2012, Nicolas Chauvin worked for Logitech as Principal Engineer and Technology Strategist where he developed advanced human machine interaction technologies and energy management technologies for consumer electronics applications.
In 2011, Nicolas Chauvin decided to join the field of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science after studying in depth energy harvesting alternatives for consumer electronics businesses and starting to understand the potential applications of LENR and LENR+.
Nicolas is also a former kick-boxing champion.
